Client Area - Artwork Upload

We offer three ways of getting your artwork to us:

• E-Mail:
  If your artwork is small (up to 3mb) please email it to: studio@printhousegroup.com
• FTP:
  Files that are larger can be uploaded to our FTP site, just email us with your details and we'll send you a username and password with the ftp link
• Post:
  CD or DVD to Studio

Digital artwork preparation guide

Files are accepted in the following applications:-

Adobe InDesign up to CS3
Adobe Illustrator up to CS3
Adobe Photoshop up to CS3

Guidelines to ensure a speedy turnaround

1) All original files to be supplied, unless discussed with studio first.
2) All fonts to be supplied (screen and printer).
3) Convert vector file fonts to outlines.
4) Final artwork should be supplied to finished size, with no need for scaling.
5) All duotone images to have a colour visual for colour matching purposes.
6) All colours should be Pantone or RAL specified within the digital file. Actual swatches for non-Pantone or RAL colours should be supplied.
7) All PC files to be saved in EPS format, and a visual must be supplied.
8) Please supply a visual/PDF showing finished dimensions and finishing requirements.
9) Allow for image bleed on far edges of banners especially if pole pockets are required.
10) If you wish to upload artwork to our FTP site, please phone 01444 871776 or e-mail studio@printhousegroup.com for a username and password.
